Legal recovery is the mandate to take the file through the courts when amicable work is not enough, or when court action is justified from the start. We coordinate the file. Court representation is carried out by an attorney. Enforcement acts are carried out by the judicial enforcement officer.
We move here after a refusal, after prolonged silence, or when the claim and the evidence justify a judicial step without exhausting every amicable option. You decide on the basis of the file review, not on an automatic calendar.
If you already have an enforceable title, the question is no longer “do we go to court”, but whether and how enforcement is opened — that is covered on the enforcement page.
We assess the basis, the evidence and the stage. We prepare or coordinate pre-court steps, including a demand letter where it helps. Court action and representation are carried out by a practising attorney. Where the conditions allow, a court payment order may also be considered — we do not restate that procedure here.
After an enforceable title, we follow the opening of enforcement through a judicial officer. We do not exercise the powers of an attorney, the court or the officer.

The same materials as for an amicable review, plus whatever has accumulated since: notices, acknowledgements, broken schedules, correspondence. An incomplete file does not block the assessment; it sometimes blocks a particular type of action — and then we say so plainly.
Send the papers. We will check what can be substantiated, whether an attorney is needed now, and what follows after a possible title.
Request a legal file reviewDuration varies: court, possible appeals, then enforcement if there is a title. We do not display a standard range as if it applied to every file. After review we can say what is realistic in your matter.
No. We coordinate the file. Court representation is through a practising attorney. Enforcement after a title is through a judicial officer. We do not take over their powers.
File assessment, pre-court steps where justified, coordination of the action through an attorney, follow-up of enforcement after a title. A court payment order is discussed only if the file allows it — details sit in the dedicated article.
The usual recovery model is a success fee, described on Pricing: a commission on the amount actually collected, with no upfront fee on that model. Court fees and enforcement costs are discussed separately, under the contract.
If the contract and the law allow it, the claim may include extras (penalties, interest, costs). What can be asked for is read from the documents, not from a universal list.
