Debt Portfolio Management

When you have tens or hundreds of arrears, sending files one by one breaks down. This service is administration of a set of claims: we take them in, sort them, follow them and report status — not one isolated file, but the flow.

01

Who it is for

For banks, lenders, suppliers and other companies that accumulate arrears as a recurring fact. It makes sense when the volume exceeds what an internal team can follow without a shared process: the same rules, the same reporting, the same escalation.

02

How we work a portfolio

We do not promise a real-time platform and we do not claim IT integration that this service does not include. The work is operational: we receive the batch, make sense of it, run it and show you where each file stands.

01

Batch intake and check (what arrived, what is missing)

02

Segmentation: age, amount, debtor type, quality of documents

03

Prioritisation — what is pursued hard now

04

Contact and escalation flow (amicable or legal, per file)

05

Periodic reporting and stage visibility, through reports and a portfolio manager

03

Large or recurring batches

Portfolios that arrive monthly or quarterly are treated as a flow: the same fields, the same reporting calendar, the same escalation logic. An atypical file (a title, insolvency, a challenge) leaves the routine and is discussed separately.

The fee model (success fee, fixed fee or another agreement) is set on the portfolio, not on a slogan.

Do you have a portfolio, not a single file?

Describe the volume, the type of claims and how you follow them today. We will say whether a portfolio mandate makes sense and how we would structure it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is portfolio management?

Administration of a set of claims: batch intake, segmentation, prioritisation, follow-up and reporting. It is not a single file and it is not, by itself, real-time monitoring software.

Who is it for?

For creditors with volume: banks, lenders, suppliers, companies with repeated arrears. If you have a single file, amicable or legal recovery is more direct.

What reports do I receive?

Periodic reports on stage, amounts collected and files that need escalation. The calendar is agreed in the mandate. We do not claim a real-time dashboard as a standard part of this service.

How do you set the strategy per claim?

By age, amount, documents and debtor type. Some stay amicable; others need the legal path. An atypical file (a title, insolvency) leaves the routine and is discussed separately.

Do you integrate with our IT systems?

We do not promise IT integration as a standard feature. Data exchange (lists, updates, reports) is agreed operationally, with confidentiality respected.
